Senior Health & Hygiene Officer – SAP CMMS

About the role

Al Ali Engineering is seeking a Senior Health & Hygiene Officer to lead the implementation and maintenance of its SAP‑based Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The role focuses on building robust master data structures that support preventive maintenance across plant equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and populate master data for the CMMS, including asset hierarchies, bill of materials (BOM), task lists and spare‑parts catalogs.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for major plant assets from greenfield to operational phases.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with health and hygiene standards.
• Provide training and guidance to users on CMMS best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Reliability Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience creating and managing master data for CMMS platforms.
• Proven track record in establishing PM schedules, asset hierarchies, BOMs and spare‑parts catalogs for large‑scale industrial plants.
• Valid QID with a transferable visa or NOC for immediate deployment in Qatar.
