Senior Manager / Director, Risk Consulting – Doha

About the role

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Director to lead its Energy Risk Consulting practice in Doha. You will work with leading energy organisations across the MENA region, helping them identify, assess and manage strategic, operational, technology and regulatory risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex risk consulting engagements for oil & gas, utilities, renewable energy and power generation clients.
• Advise executive teams on enterprise risk management, governance, internal controls and operational resilience.
• Drive business development, account expansion and sector‑focused go‑to‑market strategies.
• Build, mentor and develop high‑performing consulting teams across the region.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of consulting or risk advisory experience, preferably in the energy sector.
• Proven ability to engage C‑suite executives and manage large, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of winning new business.
