Social Media and Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a strategic thinker with expertise in social media management, content creation, and reputation management to lead the digital presence of our corporate clients in the construction and property sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies that align with business objectives.
• Oversee content production, coordinating designers, videographers and editors to ensure high‑quality assets.
• Maintain content calendars, schedule posts across multiple platforms and ensure consistent engagement.
• Monitor brand sentiment, manage online interactions and protect the client’s corporate image.
• Track key performance indicators, generate reports and optimise strategies based on data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align social media initiatives with broader business goals.
• Spend one to two days per week on‑site at the client’s office to ensure seamless communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts from start to finish.
• Strategic and proactive mindset with strong understanding of corporate branding and reputation management.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to client expectations and brand guidelines.
