Spa & Health Club Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa & Health Club Receptionist to join the Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl‑Qatar. The role is the first point of contact for guests, delivering personalized service and ensuring smooth operation of the spa and health club facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests on arrival and provide high‑level personalized service.
• Manage spa bookings and schedules, coordinating appointments accurately.
• Handle guest inquiries in person, by phone or email, providing detailed information on treatments, services and products.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing and transaction records.
• Coordinate with therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the reception area to reflect luxury standards.
• Promote spa services and retail products to support sales targets and guest satisfaction.
• Comply with all Four Seasons policies and procedures.
