User Acquisition Analyst – All Markets

About the role

The User Acquisition Analyst supports the UA clusters across four markets from the Marketing Efficiency pod. You will turn raw performance data into actionable insights, helping cluster leads optimise channel allocation, budget pacing and audience targeting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking CPI, CPA, ROAS, installs and conversion rates for all markets.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for UA cluster leads and the Director of Performance Marketing.
• Monitor campaign data in AppsFlyer, flagging anomalies, attribution issues and performance shifts in real time.
• Analyse the full UA funnel and conduct cohort analysis in Amplitude to assess user quality, retention and LTV by channel, campaign and market.
• Manage AppsFlyer configuration, UTM structures and campaign taxonomy in collaboration with the MarTech team.
• Support the rollout of unified measurement frameworks across Qatar, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain.
• Generate cross‑country benchmarks to identify top‑performing channels, creatives and audiences.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing or a related data role.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑market or multi‑channel user acquisition campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to data accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple reporting requests and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• AppsFlyer (dashboard management, cohort reports, attribution configuration, fraud monitoring)
• Amplitude (event analysis, funnel reports, retention charts, user segmentation)
• Excel or Google Sheets for data modelling and reporting
• SQL for querying campaign and event data
• BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI (optional but a plus)
