3PL Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced 3PL Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Logistics Department. The role focuses on creating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and expanding our third‑party logistics and warehousing services across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for 3PL services, including warehousing, distribution, and logistics solutions.
• Generate leads and acquire new clients in retail, manufacturing, e‑commerce, FMCG and other relevant industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their logistics and warehousing requirements.
• Develop business proposals, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Identify opportunities for warehouse leasing and 3PL services to increase occupancy, revenue and market share.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities and potential opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business development targets and revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal warehouse and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in business development or sales within the 3PL, logistics or warehousing industry.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating revenue through logistics, warehousing or 3PL services.
• Strong understanding of third‑party logistics, warehouse leasing, distribution and supply chain solutions.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication and client relationship management skills.
