Account Executive & Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Executive & Business Development Manager to oversee client accounts, drive social media initiatives, and generate new business opportunities. The role serves as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring project satisfaction while supporting the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts, build strong relationships, and conduct regular follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with design, development, marketing and production teams to deliver projects on time.
• Prepare and present reports, proposals and identify upselling opportunities.
• Handle company and client social media accounts, schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms.
• Write engaging captions, monitor comments and messages, and produce monthly performance reports.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media outreach and direct meetings.
• Present services and marketing strategies to prospective clients and follow up on quotations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in account management, social media management, marketing or sales.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project‑coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
