Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive will be based in Doha and serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of client accounts across Platforms QA’s digital publishing and media platforms. You will coordinate digital marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and deliver insights that help clients achieve their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are clearly understood.
• Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, tracking performance metrics and preparing detailed reports.
• Present insights, recommendations, and performance analyses to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and technical teams to brief projects, monitor delivery timelines, and uphold quality standards.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new‑business pitches.
• Maintain thorough documentation of activities, outcomes, and client interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client relationship management, account coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Background in digital marketing, campaign management, and online media planning or buying.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
