Account Manager - Restaurant Partners

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for an Account Manager in Qatar. You will manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners, acting as their main point of contact to help them optimise their presence on the platform, grow their sales and stay satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing restaurant and vendor partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support.
• Analyse sales, operational and engagement data to find improvements in menu performance, pricing, promotions and delivery logistics, and share actionable recommendations.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align on results, opportunities and growth plans.
• Identify growth opportunities such as upselling services, cross-promotions and content optimisation (menu structure, images, delivery times).
• Recommend and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional offers to drive order volume.
• Work with Marketing, Logistics and Operations teams to resolve partner issues quickly and support onboarding and campaign execution.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements and ensure partners meet service-level agreements, including delivery quality and availability.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in account management, sales or partner success; experience in food tech, FMCG or e-commerce is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic is a must.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data dashboards.
• Excel and Google Sheets for analysing performance.
