About the role
Almana Real Estate is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage receivables, tenant reconciliations and rent collections within the real‑estate sector in Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, tenant reconciliations, rent collections and lease verification.
- Perform revenue accounting and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Support ERP migration, conduct data validation and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of accounts receivable experience, preferably in real estate.
- Mandatory experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
- Valid Qatar ID (QID) and No Objection Certificate (NOC); must be locally available.
