About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to support our busy commercial team in Doha. The role involves handling bid and tender documentation, coordinating proposals and providing general administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including meeting coordination, calendar and travel arrangements.
- Assist with preparation, formatting and submission of bid, tender and other commercial proposal documents.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, document registers and ensure confidentiality of commercial information.
- Support procurement, HR and finance with ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting bid/tender or commercial teams.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
