Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to work on Airbus Helicopters and Eurocopter types. You will be responsible for executing maintenance and assembly tasks to the highest standards while ensuring compliance with all airworthiness regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and assembly work following OEM documentation, SACAA regulations and CAR 145 requirements.
• Verify spare parts and consumables for correctness, damage‑free condition and valid expiry dates before use.
• Maintain accurate work‑packs, traceability of spares, and proper filing of documentation.
• Conduct and certify duplicate inspections and ensure all work is released with appropriate approvals.
• Coordinate with Stores, Planning, and MRO managers on spares, job progress and issues.
• Manage tool calibration, inventory, and 5S‑based workspace organization.
• Supervise non‑licensed personnel and promote a professional safety culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience on Airbus Helicopters or Eurocopter aircraft.
• Valid aircraft maintenance licence.
• Strong knowledge of OEM manuals, SACAA CAR/CATS legislation and ISO‑based quality management systems.
• Ability to work independently, maintain traceability and adhere to strict documentation standards.
