About the role
OISSG Consultancy is looking for a Procurement Specialist to be nominated for a government‑sector assignment in Qatar. The role requires a professional with extensive experience in public‑sector purchasing and supplier management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with Qatari government procedures.
- Conduct market research and compare quotations to ensure best value.
- Prepare purchase orders, monitor deliveries and follow up on supplier performance.
- Maintain compliance with approval, supply and supplier management processes.
Required profile
- 10 to 16 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably with Qatari government entities.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and professional certifications.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
