Analyst - Enterprise Data Analytics & Automation

About the role

Ooredoo Group's Enterprise Data Analytics & Automation team designs, develops and delivers data analytics, business applications and process automation solutions that turn group and operator data into decision-ready insight. It replaces manual, fragmented and spreadsheet-driven processes with governed, secure and scalable digital products, and embeds AI and machine learning into dashboards, anomaly detection, driver-based analysis and natural-language insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test and deploy business applications with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) and Dataverse, and automate workflows with Power Automate (approvals, routing, notifications, SLA triggers, escalations)
• Integrate applications with Power BI so management reporting updates automatically from the point of data entry
• Manage the full solution lifecycle: requirements, design, UAT, production release, hypercare and enhancements
• Embed role-based access, audit trails, version history, data retention and single sign-on controls, and support CIS and security-by-design assessments
• Create data models, dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI, define and track KPIs, and write DAX queries and SQL
• Analyze ETL procedures and build, monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines across Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Logic Apps and Function Apps
• Support migration to Microsoft Fabric and contribute to data governance and KPI standardization
• Use generative AI to speed delivery while keeping outputs explainable and compliant with data and privacy policies
• Work with business owners, run UAT, document solutions and pipelines, provide training and report progress weekly

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of Power Platform development experience
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or information systems technology
• Hands-on experience building and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions in production
• Experience in data preparation and data warehousing projects
• Preferred: minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience and telco background
• Strong communication, client management, problem-solving and storytelling with data skills
