Architect / Interior Design Lead (Fit-Out FFE)

About the role
Lead the design function from the first client contact through to project handover, turning client requirements into compelling design proposals and protecting design intent throughout procurement and site execution.
Key responsibilities
- Provide design consultation and develop concepts for commercial interior fit‑out projects.
- Prepare proposals and support business development to convert leads into awarded projects.
- Produce technical documentation and support project execution on site.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior architecture.
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial interior fit‑out, with at least 3 years in Qatar/GCC.
- Portfolio of executed fit‑out projects (office, hospitality, retail or similar).
- Fluent in English and Arabic with strong client‑facing presentation skills.
Required skills
- AutoCAD (expert), SketchUp, 3ds Max with V‑Ray or Corona, Revit.
- Enscape, Lumion or D5 (optional).
- Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, MS Office.
- Working knowledge of FFE specification, materials and finishes.
