Art Director – Full-Time, Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Art Director to join our growing team in Doha. The role involves leading design direction across digital, print and event projects and turning ideas into compelling visual campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee creative design direction for campaigns, events and branding projects.
• Develop creative concepts and visual identities for digital and print materials.
• Supervise and guide the design team on ongoing projects and deliverables.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Coordinate closely with account management, production and social media teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Art Director, Senior Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign and design work.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
