Assistant Banquet Manager

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking a confident, passionate, and detail‑oriented Assistant Banquet Manager to help deliver extraordinary events, from elegant weddings to high‑profile corporate gatherings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the banquet team during events and functions.
• Ensure warm, personalized service that reflects brand standards.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, service, and events teams for smooth execution.
• Communicate confidently with Arabic‑speaking guests and clients.
• Oversee event setup, service flow, and breakdown.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care.
• Support scheduling, training, and team development.

Required profile

• Preferably female candidate and fluent Arabic speaker (essential).
• Previous experience in banquet or events management within a luxury hotel or upscale venue.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Calm, solution‑focused approach in fast‑paced environments.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable celebrations.
