Assistant Gym Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

As an Assistant Gym Manager you will support the daily operations of the hotel’s spa, fitness centre, pool and wellness areas, ensuring guests receive a warm and memorable hospitality experience. The role combines operational oversight with guest interaction, helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness, service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of the Spa, Fitness Center, Pool and Wellness facilities.
• Maintain guest areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and functionality.
• Monitor schedules, therapist allocations, fitness classes and facility utilisation.
• Conduct regular inspections of treatment rooms, gym equipment, pool areas and changing rooms.
• Welcome guests and members, handle inquiries, requests, feedback and complaints promptly.
• Conduct facility tours and provide accurate information on treatments, memberships and wellness programmes.
• Oversee fitness instructors, pool attendants and wellness staff; support recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Support departmental revenue targets through promotion of spa treatments, retail products, memberships and personal training.
• Monitor inventory of retail products, amenities and equipment; conduct monthly stock counts.
• Maintain operational records, report maintenance issues and ensure compliance with hotel policies.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced hotel environment and coordinate multiple staff members.
