Assistant Gym Manager – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Assistant Gym Manager (Arabic Speaker) will support daily gym operations at a luxury hotel in Doha. Reporting to the Gym Manager, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and high‑standard fitness environment for guests and members.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise fitness areas and ensure equipment is well‑maintained and safe.
• Coordinate and lead group exercise classes and small‑group sessions.
• Assist personal trainers in delivering tailored programs.
• Manage member and guest interactions, handling inquiries in Arabic and English.
• Maintain scheduling, staffing rotas, and operational logs.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the facility.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in a gym, health club, or luxury hospitality fitness setting.
• Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., personal training, group exercise).
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
