Assistant Manager Logistics Training

About the role

As the Assistant Manager Logistics Training you will lead the training function for our rider fleet in Doha, designing and delivering programmes that boost performance and support rapid growth. You will also partner with hiring teams to ensure a steady supply of qualified riders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the training team and assess current and future training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals and manager consultation.
• Develop and implement individualized training plans using mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning, workshops and simulations.
• Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new hires and continuously monitor training effectiveness, ROI and reporting.
• Manage the training budget and adjust programmes to address specific challenges.
• Lead the hiring process for riders, maintain the monthly supply model and train hiring staff on brief interviews and skill assessment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a trainer with a track record of designing successful training programmes.
• Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods such as mentoring, coaching, e-learning and simulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and multi-tasking abilities.
• Strong writing and record-keeping skills for reports and training manuals.
• Good analytical and database skills; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu language a plus.
