Assistant Manager – Quality Control (Qatarization)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Quality Control will support the monitoring and control of ongoing projects within the Operations domain, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic project plan. The role also involves reviewing and approving process and system quality enhancements and conducting development and re‑engineering studies for international branches.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, error rate and service level agreements for operations teams.
• Implement KPI frameworks and best practices for quality control.
• Promote cost consciousness, efficiency and productivity across projects.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal departments and external auditors.
• Provide accurate information to compliance and audit functions as required.
• Assist customers with product queries and ensure service delivery meets SLA commitments.

Required profile

• Experience in project monitoring and quality control within a banking or financial services environment.
• Ability to review and approve process and system enhancements.
• Strong analytical skills for KPI analysis and performance measurement.
• Good communication skills to interact with internal teams, auditors and customers.
