About the role
The Assistant Manager - Stewarding will support the Stewarding Manager in ensuring the back‑of‑house areas of Food & Beverage operate efficiently and meet Hyatt International standards. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, organization, and cost‑effective operations across kitchens, outlets, and banquets.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Stewarding Manager in the overall running of the department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Maintain an organized and clean back‑of‑house environment for Food & Beverage operations.
- Provide all kitchens, outlets, and banquet areas with clean, operational equipment based on business demand.
- Help manage the department as an efficient, productive cost centre.
Required profile
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager in F&B service, kitchen or stewarding, or as a Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
