About the role
Two Assistant Offshore Project Engineer positions are open, based in the Middle East (Doha, Dubai and other project locations). You will report to the Project Manager and provide end-to-end support for offshore engineering projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support project initiation and planning management.
- Coordinate project design, production and subcontractor activities.
- Liaise and communicate with clients and suppliers.
- Provide on-site project support and monitor project progress.
- Assist with project cost control and timely collection of payments.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Control or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in mechatronics engineering project management.
- Fluent English (spoken, written and reading); CET-6 or PMP certification preferred.
- Able to work under pressure and accept periodic business trips.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
