Assistant Outlet Manager - All Day Dining

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager will support the All Day Dining outlet in delivering the high‑standard service expected at The Ritz‑Carlton, Doha. You will work closely with the Outlet Manager to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to work as a cohesive team, ensuring optimum service and guest satisfaction.
• Inspect grooming and attire of all front‑of‑house staff and address any non‑compliance.
• Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of food and beverage supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to maintain service flow and quality standards.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure repeat business.
• Assist in training, scheduling, and performance monitoring of outlet staff.
