Assistant Outlet Manager – The Lagoon

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the Outlet Manager in delivering exceptional food‑and‑beverage service at The Lagoon, a premier outlet within The Ritz‑Carlton, Doha. You will work closely with a diverse team to ensure seamless operations, uphold the brand’s luxury standards, and create memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily outlet activities, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor staff grooming, attire, and presentation, correcting any deviations from standards.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and performance coaching of outlet team members.
• Coordinate with kitchen and back‑of‑house teams to maintain smooth service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food‑and‑beverage operations within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
