Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you’ll help manage daily operations for a hotel dining outlet while delivering memorable experiences that brighten each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues and improve the dining experience.
• Supervise and support team members, provide coaching, assist with performance evaluations and contribute to professional development initiatives.
• Help implement marketing strategies, up‑selling techniques and promotions to boost food and beverage sales.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, onboarding and training new team members to uphold service standards and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations, ensuring the wellbeing of guests and team members.
