About the role
The Assistant Server supports the Food & Beverage team by ensuring tables are cleared and reset promptly and to Four Seasons standards, contributing to an expertly served dining experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Clear tables efficiently after guests depart.
- Reset tables neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specifications.
- Assist the Food Server in delivering a high‑quality dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Adhere to Four Seasons standards of professionalism, friendliness, and quality.
Required profile
- Willingness to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Passion for excellence and a genuine desire to treat guests as they wish to be treated.
- Team‑oriented mindset that respects and collaborates with colleagues.
