About the role
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving store efficiency, customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives at Watsons in Doha.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and evaluate sales performance, conduct monthly category sales meetings and implement strategies to meet targets.
- Manage expense optimization, control shrinkage, oversee visual merchandising, inventory adjustments and ensure promotional activities are executed correctly.
- Support store manager with policy implementation, reporting, cash handling, banking and daily documentation.
- Assist in people management, including performance appraisals, development plans and employee engagement.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of retail and team management experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership and customer‑service orientation.
