Associate Data Science – Entry Level

About the role

The Associate Data Science role supports QNB’s data‑driven initiatives by assisting senior data scientists in building, testing and deploying machine‑learning models. Working closely with business units, the associate translates business questions into analytical tasks and helps deliver insights that drive efficiency and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and tracking of KPIs related to data‑science projects.
• Assist in creating and deploying machine‑learning models under senior guidance.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and prepare clear reports or dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into data problems.
• Help ensure model testing and deployment align with service level agreements.
• Provide accurate data to auditors, compliance, financial control and risk teams as needed.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with interest in data science.
• Ability to work under guidance and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
