Associate Data Science (Qatarization)

About the role

The Associate Data Science position supports QNB's data‑driven initiatives by assisting senior data scientists in building, testing, and deploying machine‑learning models. Working closely with business units, the associate translates business challenges into analytical solutions and helps deliver actionable insights that drive efficiency and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and monitoring of KPIs linked to data‑science projects.
• Assist in creating data‑analytics solutions that improve business performance and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define data problems and design appropriate models.
• Prepare clear reports and dashboards for business users.
• Participate in model testing, validation, and documentation.
• Contribute to the execution of QNB’s overall Data & Analytics strategy.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or candidate with limited professional experience (approximately 1 month).
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data science.
• Ability to work under guidance and collaborate within cross‑functional teams.
