ATM Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced NCR ATM Operations Consultant to support the day‑to‑day management of an ATM network in Qatar. The role involves analysing incidents, coordinating with NCR support, and ensuring smooth deployment of software patches and releases.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM software support.
• Support operations projects and resolve operational issues.
• Deploy patches, releases and production fixes following SIT/UAT progress.
• Share logs and findings with NCR software support for incidents.
• Complete assigned technical requests.
• Support day‑to‑day operations management of the ATM network.

Required profile

• 6+ years in ATM operations or application support.
• Hands‑on experience with NCR ATM software (Aptra, Vynamic, ProCash).
• Strong log analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Exposure to SIT/UAT and patch deployments.
• Experience raising and tracking vendor support tickets.
• Banking domain experience is a plus.
