Baker – Health-focused bakery specialist

About the role

The Baker will prepare and bake a variety of wholesome bakery items that support Nourish’s nutrition-focused philosophy, including breads, cookies and other baked goods. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Doha and works closely with nutrition professionals and the kitchen team.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, mix and bake ingredients to produce breads, cookies and other items.
• Operate baking equipment and ensure consistent product quality.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Collaborate with nutrition experts to develop and refine health‑focused recipes.
• Manage production schedules to deliver fresh products on time.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in bakery operations and commercial kitchen settings.
• Knowledge of basic nutrition principles and interest in specialty baking (e.g., whole grain, reduced sugar, allergy‑friendly).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Doha with flexible hours as needed.
