About the role
The Barista provides expert knowledge of coffees and pastries, creating and serving hot or cold beverages tailored to each guest’s preferences. This position is based at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences on The Pearl-Qatar, where high‑quality service is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages according to Four Seasons standards.
- Apply expert knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and pastry pairings.
- Customize drinks to meet individual guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station.
- Ensure timely service during peak periods.
