About the role

The Barista will join the Food & Beverage team at The Ritz‑Carlton, Doha, delivering premium coffee experiences to guests in a luxury hotel setting. This full‑time position involves maintaining high standards of service, hygiene and presentation throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, preparing equipment and securing the area.
• Clean all coffee equipment and work areas according to hotel standards.
• Lock doors and ensure the station is ready for the next shift.

Required profile

• Passionate about coffee service and hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
