About the role
Park Hyatt Doha is looking for an enthusiastic Barista who is passionate about crafting exceptional coffee and delivering memorable guest experiences. You will join a world‑class hospitality team in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages using professional coffee‑making equipment.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment to ensure consistent quality.
- Provide attentive, friendly service to guests, responding quickly to their needs.
- Keep the coffee station clean and organized throughout the shift.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer‑service role (preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and satisfy guest needs.
Required skills
- Knowledge of coffee beans.
- Understanding of brewing methods.
- Proficiency with coffee‑making equipment.
