About the role
The Bell Attendant, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests. Working at a Le Méridien property in Lusail, you will guide visitors through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and local area information.
- Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided and objects over 75 lb with assistance.
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while delivering service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
