Bell Attendant – Guest Services

About the role

The Bell Attendant provides a warm welcome and seamless assistance to guests throughout their stay, ensuring a memorable first impression and smooth transitions within the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort them to rooms, and open doors as needed.
• Explain room features, amenities, and hotel services.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and the bell desk.
• Assist guests with vehicle loading/unloading and arrange transportation such as taxis, shuttles, or limousines.
• Provide directions, communicate parking procedures, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain a professional appearance, follow company policies, and report safety concerns.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
• Capability to stand, walk, or jog for extended periods and navigate stairs or ramps.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a courteous demeanor.
