About the role
The Bell/Luggage Attendant welcomes guests, assists with their luggage, and provides information in line with company standards. This role ensures a smooth arrival and departure experience for hotel guests.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests at the main entrance.
- Assist with driveway management and open/close car and taxi doors.
- Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and baggage room.
- Handle timely pickup and delivery of baggage.
- Provide information and assistance to guests as needed.
- Log all job assignments and important matters in the duty log.
Required profile
- Secondary or high school education.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity.
- Good reading and oral proficiency in English.
- Ability to speak Russian (preferred).
