About the role
iHorizons is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to support the client of People Dynamics in Doha. The role focuses on managing bid processes for projects within the telecom and construction sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, coordination and submission of bids for telecom‑related and construction projects.
- Interact with customers to capture commercial requirements and ensure proposals meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align bid content with engineering specifications.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical fields related to telecom.
- At least 5 years of experience in bid management within telecom and construction industries.
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing role with a solid understanding of commercial requirements.
Required skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering.
- Demonstrated telecom and bid management expertise.
