BIM Coordinator – BIM Management & MEP Coordination

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead BIM processes for multidisciplinary projects in Doha. The role involves managing Revit models, coordinating MEP systems, and ensuring clash‑free delivery across architecture, structure, and engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project‑specific BIM standards.
• Lead a BIM team of modelers, coordinators, and engineers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate architecture, structural, and MEP models to achieve integrated project delivery.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Revit and Navisworks, and document outcomes.
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings, track issues, and produce coordination reports.
• Review BIM models for quality, accuracy, compliance, and proper naming conventions.
• Maintain Revit templates, families, and BIM libraries for consistent use.
• Support project teams in BIM setup, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide junior staff.
• Utilise BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud for collaborative project workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on BIM management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary BIM teams and deliver complex projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and MEP coordination.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
