Business Analyst

About the role

Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Business Consulting practice in Doha, helping financial services organisations transform and achieve lasting impact.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, document and validate business and functional requirements.
• Map current and future‑state processes, identify improvement opportunities and support the design of client‑focused solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions to align business needs with project objectives.
• Support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, including solution validation, user acceptance testing, change management and implementation.
• Utilise approved AI tools and automation where appropriate, ensuring outputs are reviewed and aligned with responsible AI guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, consulting or a business transformation environment.
• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, requirements management, process mapping and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across organisational levels.
• Curiosity about AI‑enabled ways of working and awareness of responsible AI practices.
