Business Development Executive – Equipment Rental

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Business Development Executive position is based in Doha, Qatar. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads and build strong relationships with clients in the construction, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, visit and engage potential customers to generate new business.
• Prepare and present proposals that match equipment solutions to project needs.
• Coordinate with operations and rental teams to ensure alignment of equipment supply.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring high service standards and repeat business.
• Track market trends and maintain accurate sales and pipeline records.
• Contribute to sales strategies and targets to support company growth.

Required profile

• Proven new‑business development and lead generation experience.
• Strong business and account management capabilities, including contract negotiation.
• Effective communication skills for client presentations and internal collaboration.
• Relevant experience in equipment rental, construction, industrial services or B2B sales in Qatar or the GCC.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office and basic data reporting.
• Valid driver’s licence for field visits.
• Organised, results‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities and commitment to ethical, inclusive practices.
