Business Development Executive

About the role

Finch Studio, a Doha‑based creative and digital agency, is looking for a Business Development Executive to expand its client base and sell its full suite of visual storytelling services. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, presenting tailored media solutions, and closing deals across sectors such as real estate, hospitality and e‑commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, networking, emails and industry events.
• Understand client needs and pitch customized service packages covering video production, photography, social media, digital advertising and more.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and keep accurate records.
• Collaborate with project and creative teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Stay updated on digital trends, competitor offerings and market opportunities.
• Report sales activity, client feedback and forecast results to management.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in media, creative or digital agency sales.
• Strong understanding of services such as video production, photography, social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid Qatar driving license and QID are preferred.
• Residency in Doha is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑starter with proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
