Business Development Manager – Cyber Security (Cisco)

About the role

Ingram Micro is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead Cisco‑focused cyber security sales in Qatar. You will work closely with regional partners to execute global initiatives, grow market share, and activate new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
• Coordinate internal resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
• Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
• Lead joint partner planning processes to set mutual performance goals, financial targets, and milestones.
• Drive adoption of Ingram Micro programs and Cisco cyber‑security solutions among partners.
• Monitor project bids and ensure Ingram Micro involvement where appropriate.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with 5–7 years of experience in IT sales.
• Demonstrated experience selling Cisco solutions in the Gulf region.
• Technical background preferred and a strong customer‑first mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple layers of the sales channel and improve product depth.
