About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead initiatives that generate and engage with partners, driving new business opportunities for our company. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong communication to build and sustain valuable relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities aligned with company growth objectives.
- Develop and nurture new relationships to expand the business footprint.
- Maintain and grow existing business accounts.
- Apply critical thinking to plan and ensure successful project execution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–4 years of relevant business development experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful development strategies.
- Focused, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
