Business Development Manager – Qatar

About the role

Drive sustainable revenue growth and expand Hikvision’s presence in key vertical markets across Qatar by developing strategic relationships with consultants, system integrators, and end users.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
• Identify, develop, and manage key accounts in government, banking, energy, enterprise and other strategic sectors.
• Engage consultants and project stakeholders to promote Hikvision solutions and secure inclusion in project specifications and Preferred Vendor Lists.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and deal closure.
• Collaborate with sales, presales, and technical teams to prepare competitive solutions, presentations, and proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales and business development experience in CCTV, video surveillance, security systems or ELV industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar security market, including project development, tendering and procurement practices.
• Established professional network with consultants, system integrators and key end users in Qatar.
• Proven success influencing project specifications, obtaining PVL approvals and closing significant opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
