Business Development Manager – Qatar, Saudi Arabia & Oman

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead initiatives to generate and engage with partners, building new business for the company across Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman. The role focuses on expanding managed IT services revenue by understanding client needs and proposing tailored cloud, security and infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow managed IT services revenue.
• Engage clients to understand their IT needs and propose tailored solutions (cloud, security, infrastructure).
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposals, negotiation and contract closure.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements and SLAs.
• Achieve sales targets, build long‑term client relationships and drive recurring revenue growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of business development experience in the IT services sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to design and execute successful development strategies.
• Focused, goal‑oriented and able to think critically when planning.
