About the role

JAR Accounting and Auditing is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join its Doha team. You will be responsible for expanding the firm’s client base and promoting its audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government entities and private‑sector clients.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into clients.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals and follow up on potential opportunities.
  • Promote the firm’s audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services.
  • Achieve business development and revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and referral partners.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in business development.
  • Previous experience dealing with government entities.
  • Strong professional network within the Qatari market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Experience in an audit, accounting, or consulting firm is preferred.
