About the role

TradesApp is seeking an experienced Business Solutions Partner to shape and deliver Facility Management (FM) solutions across both hard and soft services. The role sits at the intersection of Operations, Commercial and Bid/Tender teams, ensuring proposals are practical, competitive and commercially viable.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Bid/Tender teams to design FM solutions that meet client needs.
• Review scopes of work and develop effective service delivery models.
• Prepare and support tenders, bids and cost estimations for FM projects.
• Plan manpower requirements, oversee mobilisation and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain strong commercial awareness and manage stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management.
• Strong knowledge of both hard and soft FM services.
• Experience in FM operations, solutions, tenders, bids or estimation.
• Preferable experience within Qatar or GCC FM markets.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Facility Management, Business or a related discipline.
