Civil Inspector

About the role

Egis Group is seeking an experienced Civil Inspector to perform civil and structural inspections at project sites in Doha, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct civil and structural inspections on site according to project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Check materials for quality, compliance, and suitability before approval.
• Perform comprehensive quality checks to ensure adherence to design drawings and construction standards.
• Document inspection findings, test results, and observations in detailed reports and site records.
• Identify defects, non‑conformities, and deviations, and escalate issues to project management.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and site personnel to communicate inspection requirements and findings.

Required profile

• BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in civil and structural inspection.
• Extensive experience with mega water and wastewater facilities, including pump stations, shafts, and sewage treatment plants.
• Proven expertise in quality assurance and quality control inspections on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
